This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data we collect about you when you use our website indicated above and when you resort to the services offered on our website (uploading of CVs, uploading of photographs/presentation video, publication of recruitment advertisements) or when you contact us by our webpages on social media such as Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn.

WHAT DATA WE PROCESS, WHERE WE HAVE THEM FROM

  1. Data provided by You

Most data we process concerning you are provided by you directly when you create an account on our website, when you contact us by the contact form available on website or when you resort to the services offered on website. Thus, we process the following categories of data:

  • Identification data and contact data: surname, first names, e-mail address, telephone number, youtube account, your position in the company (in case of Recruiter User account);
  • Personal data: date and place of birth, nationality, hobbies and areas of interest etc.;
  • Financial data: current wages, desired wages, etc.;
  • Data from CV uploaded/created on website: data about your professional experience (data about previous employers, cessation of employment contract at the last workplace, and activity carried out there, special projects etc.), your photograph if you voluntarily provided such photograph (e.g. by inclusion in CV or in other documents provided by you), affiliation to various groups/entities/professional clubs, cultural clubs or another kind of clubs if such data are included in CV or in other documents provided by you, data about the foreign languages known, data about your professional training (diplomas, certificates, internships, special trainings etc.), information about holding a work permit and/or your residency in European Economic Area (SEE), information about holding a driving license, any other information you provide in CV or in your employment application, results of evaluation tests performed by the evaluation centres, if they were provided by you in CV and the other documents provided by you, any other data provided by you on website;
  • Biometric data: your photo provided during the upload of photos / videos on the Website;
  • Geolocalization data: data about your physical position depending on the GPS coordinates of the terminal by which you access the website, town/country in which you are located;
  • Data about your preferences: availability to work in week-end, availability to work part-time, availability to work during the night;
  • Medical data: data about disabilities, etc.
  • Data about your criminal record: information about the existence of deeds written in the criminal record without having information about the nature of those deeds;
  • Content you generate on our website, messages you send us by the contact form from website or by email, content of feedback messages for the services offered by the website / feedback for experience with other users mediated by the website, content you generate by our webpages on social media networks, such as Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn. If you give “like” to webpage 3 Minutes Job or our postings, when you send us messages or when you post comments, data such as your username, image/photograph or content of message will be subject to processing. Also, it is likely that the social media allow us automatic access to certain information they collect about you (e.g. content you viewed or content to which you gave ”like” or information about the videos you viewed, etc.).
  1. Data we process automatically when you access the website

When you access our website, the service Google Analytics to collect information about your interaction with our website. This information allows us to offer you access to our website, but also to receive information about the way in which visitors use our website, so that we can improve our services. Thus, we process the following categories of data:

  • Login data – just like most websites, we use data which the browser or mobile device usually provides such as type of browser, IP address, operating system or date and time of access.
  • Data about use – we process data about the use of Website, to learn information such as the number of visitors on various pages of website, if you updated your CV, if you applied to a job, etc;
  • Data offered by cookies and other technologies - a cookie is an alphanumerical identifier installed on your hard drive when you visit a website, a mobile application or a commercial. It stores information about your visit on website (pages visited, date and duration of visits, etc.). FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND ON WHICH LEGAL VIRTUES WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

We will process your data only when the law allows us and only for the purposes declared or for other purposes, when they are compatible with the iinitial purposes. Most often, we will use your personal data in the following cases:

  1. To allow you to create your account on website

The legal virtue which is the basis of data processing for the purpose above, according to the General Data Protection Regulation, is your consent.You can withdraw any time your consent expressed when you crated your account on website by erasure of this account – any data which were provided to the Company when the account was created will be automatically deleted.

By exception, when your CV was made public, the Users Recruiters who accessed the facility of access to CVs, had the opportunity to download or transfer your personal data on their own storage media. In this case, even if the Company erases your data from the database, the Users Recruiters can have access to your personal data if they downloaded them, copies or extracted them from the database available on website. In their capacity of controllers, the Users Recruiters are independently responsible for the way in which they use your personal data they access on website.

  1. To answer to your requests when you contact us by the contact form available on website without having an account on website

Such processing will be carried out based on your express consent for the processing of data for this purpose.

  1. Use of services by Users Candidates

We process the personal data of the Users Candidates to allow them to use the services (such as to create a CV, to apply for a job, to view employment advertisements, to contact Users Recruiters, to receive announcements and alerts about the recruitment advertisements published by the Users Recruiters etc.). The legal virtue for these processing activities is art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – conclusion and performance of contract.

With regard to biometric data, as mentioned above, their processing is carried out on the basis of your consent expressed by uploading photos / presentations videos on the Website.

Also, the website can be accessed by Users Recruiters from abroad, including from outside the European Economic Area, to jurisdictions to which an adequate protection level was not recognized. If you apply for a job published by such User Recruiter, your data can be transferred to such jurisdiction, and the legal virtue of transfer is our consent expressed when you applied for that job.

We can also use a series of data you provide to use to optimize and make suggestions of jobs or suggestions for you to fill in your CV. Also, we use the data we receive from the Users Candidates to create filtration facilities of Users Candidates by various criteria of interest for the Users Recruiters. Legal virtue: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest. We have a legitimate interest to improve our services and to provide suggestions/advice to Users Candidates to maximize the success of our services. Also, we want to assure an efficient search service for indicators for Users Recruiters.

  1. Use of services by Users Recruiters

We process personal data for the management of our contractual or precontractual relationship with Users Recruiters.

With regard to biometric data, as mentioned above, their processing is carried out on the basis of your consent expressed by uploading photos / presentations videos on the Website.

In case of Users Recruiters (self-employed persons), the legal virtue is: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – conclusion and performance of contract or the carrying out of precontractual formalities. In case of personal data of representatives of Users Recruiters, the legal virtue is art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest.

We have a legitimate interest to carry out properly our contractual relations with our customers legal persons. The rights and interests of natural persons (i.e. representatives of Users Recruiters) are not prejudiced because from the perspective of customer legal person, th e processing is necessary for the carrying out of work/collaboration relations they have with the individuals whose data are provided/associated with the User Recruiter account.

  1. Management of relations with Users and support

We process personal data for the management of our relations with the Users of our website for instance when they contact us with various questions or requests about the functionalities of website, dysfunctions of website or errors. Legal virtue: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest is our interest to assure adequate services to all the Users.

  1. Supply of communications about Services

Users can receive various communications from the Company relating to the supply of services (e.g. if the CV was viewed by a User Recruiter, jobs saved which expire, alerts about the need to update the CV, alerts about scheduled interviews, etc.). We process these data based on our legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We believe that our legitimate interest does not bring prejudice to the rights and interests of the Data Subjects because the communications are closely related to the supply of services requested. We also give the Users the opportunity to deactivate any time these communications from the settings related to the User account.

  1. Use of geolocalization services

When you use the geolocalization function of terminal by which you access the website, we will ask for your consent. Legal virtue of processing: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – consent.

  1. Connection by social media

Users Candidates can log in or create an account by Facebook / Google/ LinkedIn which allows for connection by the related accounts. When the Users Candidates use this facility, we will use the public data (e.g. surname, first names, email address, telephone number). The use of these data is necessary for the creation of User account.

We have also implemented various mechanisms for interconnection with social media pages such as Facebook and Youtube and thus, you have the opportunity to access more easily the content posted by us on our accounts associated with those social media.

If you access the content posted or you comment on those social media, a series of public data from your profile on social media will be transmitted to us by the operators of social media.

Legal virtue: art. 6 (1) (b) of GDPR, conclusion and performance of contract (for login data on Facebook / Google / LinkedIn) or art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (in the other cases).

  1. For organization of promotional campaigns

Once in a while we will organise promotional campaigns to promote our products and services by carrying out of various marketing operations such as offer of products or services with promotional title.

Depending on the campaign time, it is likely that for some campaigns we process your data such as surname and first names, in order to be able to carry out the campaign in compliant conditions.

Such processing will be carried out based on our legitimate interest for promotion of commercial activity we carry out and we will not process data which exceed the purpose of processing.

  1. For transmission of commercial communications

Also, any visitor on website has the opportunity to opt for receiving newsletter email about our products and services, in this case we will process your data based on your express consent of subscription to such newsletters and for our processing of your data for this purpose.

You can unsubscribe any time from the reception of such commercial communications by pressing the unsubscribe button included in each of our emails by which we send commercial communications.

INEXISTENCE OF A DECISION-MAKING PROCESS BASED EXCLUSIVELY ON AUTOMATIC PROCESSING, INCLUDING THE CREATION OF PROFILES

Our company DOES NOT use your data to create profiles by exclusively automatic means or to make decisions which can affect you exclusively based on automatic processing of your data.

WITH WHOME WE SHARE YOUR DATA

Your personal data will be disclosed to the employees of the company, IT department and legal representatives of the Company, exclusively in the necessary limit of activities and purposes for which we process your personal data.

We can disclose your personal data to (i) the entities and/or persons empowered by us (from EEA or from third countries) involved in the provision of services including in the supply of commercial communications (such as providers of data centres, providers of payment services for various payment facilities on website; (ii) Users Recruiters including if applicable, those located outside EEA. Also, your personal data can be disclosed to third-party providers of cookies and similar technologies according to those described in the Cookie Policy.

Public authorities and law enforcement authorities

The central or local public authorities and the police and other agencies or public institutions can request us to make available various data including data concerning you. These requests can be for a series of purposes such as checking of fulfilment of fiscal obligations by us, investigation of complaints and for the purpose of preventing or detecting crimes, fraud or money laundering operations.

Public content available

The content you generate by our webpages on social media such as Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, when you give “like” to webpage 3 Minutes Job or our postings or when you post comments, data such as your user name, image/photograph or the place where you are will be available and can be viewed by anyone who visits the webpages of the Company that exist on social media. You can control at any time the personal data to which we have access by the settings that exist on social media.

Any transfer of data in the conditions above will be made in concrete situations, limited to processing objective and according to the provisions regarding the processing of personal data.

Data storage

We store your personal data in cloud storage spaces, respectively in Amazon Cloud Drive, on Amazon servers. In order to transfer your personal data in accordance with the principles of data protection, the Company has implemented the appropriate protection measures, in accordance with the GDPR, your personal data being processed by Amazon under the EU-US Privacy Shield.

HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA

We store your personal data for as much time as it is necessary for the fulfilment of purposes for which they were collected, with the observance of internal procedures about data storage, including the applicable archiving rules.

In general, the Data of Users Candidates are stored as long as he/she has a User account on website. The personal data will be erased if the User Candidate requests the deactivation and erasure of account or after a period of minimum 5 years since the User Candidate became inactive (i.e. date of his/her last interaction on website).

The data of Users Recruiters (self-employed persons and representatives of legal persons) will be stored for the whole period of our contract relations with the User Recruiter plus the whole period set out by the law for the archiving and storage of financial accounting documents.

The data related to cookies and similar technologies are stored according to the storage deadlines set up for those technologies, the storage deadline can be between the duration of surfing session (for session cookies) and 2 years (for analysis cookies).

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

Right of access – you have the right, at any moment, to know what data we process about you and information about the way in which we process your data.

Rectification right – if you notice that the personal data we have about you are incorrect or incomplete, you have the right at any moment to request the rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data about you.

Right of data erasure (”the right to be forgotten”) – you have the right to request the erasure of personal data we have about you. We mention though that hte right to be forgotten is not an absolute right, it applies only in certain situations. Thus, before we give in to your request, we will analyse it and we will inform you about the result.

Right of processing restriction – under certain circumstances, you can ask us to restrict the way in which we process your data. You have the right to request the restriction of processing when you have a specific reason for which you want the restriction. It can be, for instance, because you contest the accuracy of data we process about you or you contest the way in which we did the processing.

Right of data portability – in certain situations, you can ask us to transfer your data to an entity indicated by you.

You have the right to oppose the processing of your data

At any time, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data based on a legitimate interest, for reasons related to your particular situation. We mention that the exercise of your opposition right will not determine automatically the cessation of processing. An analysis will be made about the reasons for which you oppose, related to the reasons which could justify the continuation of processing. We will communicate the result of our analysis and the measures we will take following the analysis conducted.

When the processing is carried out based on your express consent, you have the right to withdraw at time your consent for the processing of your data.

The Services offered by the Company are addressed to (i) Users, natural persons, who visit the website, (ii) Users looking for a job („Users Candidates”) and (iii) Users, legal persons or self-employed persons who post vacancies or look for Users Candidates for certain jobs („Users Recruiters”).

Now the Services are offered free of charge. The availability of free Services is limited in time, the objective of the Company is to allow the Users to get used to these Services and the functioning of website. The Company reserves the right unilaterally to limit any time the possibility of free use of Services/a category of Services.

2.1. Creation of Account

Certain services are available on Website without the need to create a user account (”Account”).

In order to have access to all the Services offered by the Company on website, the Users (both Users Candidates and Users Recruiters) have to configurate an Account by filling in the form available on website.

For the creation of Account, the Company will request the Users to give their consent about these Terms and Conditions and to confirm that they read and took knowledge of the Privacy Policy for protection of personal data. The acceptance of Users will be expressed by checking the specific cases:

By checking the case regarding Terms and Conditions, the Users understand that they signed a service agreement with the Company 3 MINUTES JOB S.R.L. (”Agreement”), which will be governed by this document, and the Company has the capacity of provider and the Users have the capacity of beneficiaries.

By checking the case regarding Privacy Policy, the Users understand that the Company respected their right to be informed about their personal data processed by the Company, according to the provisions of articles 13 and 14 of General Data Protection Regulation.

In case of Users Candidates, the creation of Account can be carried out by Facebook / LinkedIn / Google, in this case the website will take certain public data of the User Candidate related to his/her Facebook / LinkedIn / Google account.

2.2. Responsibilities of Users

By creation of Account, the Users confirm that: i) they provided true, accurate and complete data as required by the registration form for creation of Account and ii) they will update when it is necessary, the registration data in order to be true, accurate and complete.

Also, the Users commit not to carry out one or more of the following actions:

ü Publication on website of a material with copyright, if they are not author or they do not have the permission of the author to publish that material;

ü Publication on website of obscene, defamatory, threatening or malevolent materials towards another User, natural or legal person;

ü Publication on website of explicitly sexual images or statements;

ü Publication on website of materials which contain viruses or software with the intention to destroy any system or information;

ü Uploading, posting, broadcasting or dissemination in any other way of any content for which they do not have the legal right of broadcasting or dissemination in any conditions;

ü Uploading, broadcasting or dissemination in another way of any kind of advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", chain letters, pyramidal schemes or any other form of requests;

ü Creation or holding of multiple addresses on website which are similar or are created on the same subject;

ü Promotion or supply of information about the deployment of illegal activities, promotion of physical or verbal injuries against any group or person or the promotion of any act of cruelty against animals;

ü posting, broadcasting or dissemination in any other way of personal data (name, address, telephone numbers) or their registration in columns which can be viewed by the other Users;

ü any other actions / deeds which could bring prejudices to the Company/employees, collaborators or business partners of the Company.

The User is solely responsible for all the activities which result from the use of Website/its content. The User will be liable for the violation of this document and use of website by not observing it, for violation of the Company' s rights and for any damages caused to website, its content, the company 3 Minutes Job S.R.L. or any collaborator or business partner of the Company, regardless of the nature of damages thus caused, and he/she is obliged to cover the whole prejudice caused. If the Company discovers irregularities and/or violations of any kind of provisions of this document which lead to the prejudice or disturbance in any way of the activity of the Company (such as the provision of information which are not true, are inaccurate or incomplete, publication of pornographic/erotic content, identity theft/false profile, spam and inadequate language, etc.), the Company 3 Minutes Job S.R.L. reserves the right, at its free discretion, to annul, limit, restrict, suspend or block the access of the User on website. In this case, the User can address the Company to the contact data shown on website, in order to receive the necessary justifications for the measures adopted in the meaning of this article and the date when they were or are applied.

2.3. Users Candidates

The Users Candidates can view the information published on website without the need to create an Account for this purpose. For Services such as uploading a CV or for generation of CV on website, the Users Candidates have to configure an Account by filling in the form available on website. The Users Candidates can crate an Account only if they are 16 years old at the creation of Account.

On the website, the Users Candidates can upload their CVs or can create a CV by filling in the form available on website in the column ”Edit CV”. For uploading the video presentations and photographs, the Users Candidates have to give their consent for the processing of these categories of data by the Company. If the Users Candidates do not give their consent by checking the specific cases, the uploading of video presentations/photographs will not be permitted.

CVs uploaded on website/generated on website and the contact data of Users can be made available to Users Recruiters for recruitment purposes. In this respect, the Users Candidates have two options:

They can upload/generate CVs on website without making the data available to Users Recruiters

At the creation of Account, automatically the data of CVs of Users Candidates are set up as confidential, later they can make them public by checking the case ”Public Profile”. If the setting for the CV to be confidential remains, the Users Candidates can apply for jobs, but their CVs (including the contact data of the Users Candidates) can only be viewed by the Users Recruiters to whose advertisements they applied/will apply.

They can make the CV public on website

If the User Candidate opted for the version that his/her CV is public by checking the case ”Public Profile”, the Users Recruiters will have access to the CV of that User Candidate (without having access to contact data). If they want, the Users Recruiters can request the Company to unblock the contact data of the Users Candidates who opted for the publicity of CV and can contact directly the Users Candidates.

The Users Candidates can change any time the option and can keep the CV confidential by unchecking the case ”Public Profile”. Also, the Users Candidates can deactivate any time the CV from our database or, if they want, they can erase their accounts. If the Users Candidate set up the CV as confidential, deactivate the CV from the database or erase their Account, the Users Recruiters will no longer have access to their data. However, as part of Services provided by website, the Users Recruiters who accessed the access facility to CVs can download or transfer the information available on website to their own storage media. In this case, even if the Company erases the data of the Users Candidates from the database, the Users Recruiters can continue to have access to their data if they downloaded, copies or extracted them from the database available on website. In their capacity of controllers, the Users Recruiters are independently responsible for the way in which they use the personal data of the Users Candidates which they access on website.

At this time, uploading / generating CVs on the Website can be done for free. At the moment when the Company decides that these operations will be conditioned by the payment of a price / purchase of a subscription, the Users Candidate will be obliged to pay the respective price / subscription within 5 working days, under the sanction of deleting / removing CVs from the Website.

The decision to condition the upload / generation of CVs on the Website by paying a related price / subscription belongs entirely to the Company, this document being amended accordingly and Users Candidate will be informed about this change through the information available on the Website. The term of 5 working days mentioned above runs from the date on which the updated form of this document (with information regarding the price and method of payment for the Services) is available on the Website. Users Candidate cannot invoke the fact that they were not aware of the obligation to pay the price, having the continuous obligation to verify the content of this document, as mentioned in its introductory part.

The Users Candidates have to understand that certain companies which chose to make public the recruitment advertisements on website can present a deceitful, incomplete, incorrect reality or aggressively oriented to other social classes. The Company, by these rules, imposes correctness to Users, but it is likely that not all the Users Recruiters understand to respect these rules. Thus, the Users Candidates have to discern before they use the information included in recruitment advertisements, before they go to interview, before they get hired or before they make an investment or any other action which involves the use of own funds or own resources or the funds or resources of third parties. Please contact us if you learn about the existence of such advertisements.

2.4. Users Recruiters

The Users Recruiters can view the CVs which are public on website, without having access to the contact data of the Users Candidates, without the need to create an Account for this purpose. For Services such as publication of recruitment advertisements and viewing of contact data of the Users Candidates, the Users Recruiters have to configure first an Account by filling in the form available on website.

Publication of recruitment advertisements

At the this moment, the Users Recruiters can publish for free on the Webs ite a maximum of 10 (ten) recruitment advertisements.

Premium subscription

If the Users Recruiters wish to publish on the WebS ite a number of more than 10 (ten) recruitment advertisements , the Company has made available to them a premium subscription amounting to 10 (ten) Euro / month, to which is added VAT,[JA1] with the following specifications:

there is no maximum number of recruitment advertisements that the Users Recruiters can upload to the Website if they pay the premium subscription ;

the term for which the recruitment advertisements are visible on the Website is decided by the Users Recru i ters, who have the possibility to opt for an indefinite period .

The price of the premium subscription is paid monthly, starting with the date of publication of the eleventh recruitment advertisement , regardless of the number of recruitment advertisements that will be published later. The Website will not allow the publication of the eleventh recruitment advertisement until after the payment of the value of the premium subscription. The deadline of 5 working days mentioned above will elapse since Starting with the day when the updated form of this document (with information about the price and payment method for Services) is available on website Website, the users Recruiters have the obligation to comply with the provisions of the updated form . The Users Recruiters cannot invoke the fact that they did not know about the obligationsto pay the price mentioned within the updated document , because they have the continuous obligation to check the content of this document, according to the provisions mentioned in its introductory part.

Also, the Company reserves the right to refuse to publish or to censor in any way the recruitment ads which are contrary to the law or good morals or which contain a licentious language. For this purpose, the Users Recruiters accept and agree that they will respect the good faith rule when they design and publish recruitment ads. Thus, you commit not to publish incomplete, inaccurate or discriminatory advertisements and not to condition later the selection of Users Candidates except by those rules presented in the recruitment advertisement published by the observance of applicable incidental legislation.

If you do not respect these rules, you understand and agree that the Company has the right to restrict your access to its Services.

Search of CVs posted on website

The Users Recruiters can search through all public CVs posted on website. They can view an unlimited number of CVs without contact data of the Users Candidates. As for the viewing of contact data of the Users Candidates, the Users Recruiters can view the contact data related to a certain number of CVs, according to the requests addressed to the Company for this purpose.

At the moment, the contact data of the Users Candidates can be viewed free of charge. When the Company decides that the viewing of contact data of the Users Candidates is conditioned by the payment of a price/purchase of a subscription, the Users Recruiters will no longer have access to the contact data of the Users Candidates until after they have paid the price/subscription in the bank account of the Company.

The decision to condition the viewing of contact data of Users Candidates by the payment of a price/subscription belongs entirely to the Company and this document will be changed accordingly and the Users Recruiters will be informed about this change by the information available on website. The Users Recruiters cannot invoke that they did not know about the obligation to pay the price for the service of viewing the contact data of the Users Candidates, they have the continuous obligation to check the content of this document, according to the provisions from the introductory part of this document.

In all the cases, you understand and agree that you will only use the data included in the CVs of Users Candidates for the unique purpose of staff recruitment for the company who published the recruitment advertisement.

The Users Recruiters have to understand that some candidates who chose to upload their CVs in the database of the website can present a deceitful, incomplete, inaccurate reality or a reality aggressively oriented to other social classes. The Company by these rules imposes correctness to Uses, but it is likely that not all the Users Candidates understand to respect these rules. Thus, the Users Recruiters have to discern before they use the information included in these CVs before they hire a person, before they make an investment or any other action which involves the use of own funds or resources or those of third parties. 3. Liability limitation

The Company does not guarantee the credibility, accuracy of information published by Users o does not guarantee any opinion expressed by the Users. The Company acts as a passive factor in online distribution and publication of information provided by the Users. If the checking of certain pieces of information published on website is requested by a User, the Company will investigate and check the statements and will decide as it thinks fit, if the information has to be removed from the website or the adoption of any other measure is required.

The Users take knowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the form, content or accuracy of information placed by them on website and for the checking of accuracy of this information by own means. The Company does not check the advertisements/CVs for their accuracy or completeness and does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness or the accuracy or completeness of the opinions expressed by the Users.

The Company is not involved in the relationship between the Users Candidates and the Users Recruiters or as intermediary or contract Party or representative of a contract Party. The individual employment contracts signed as a result of recruitment ads published on website by the Users Recruiters or the CVs uploaded by the Users Candidates will be signed and enforced without the participation or responsibility of the Company. As the identification of the Users on Internet is difficult, the Company does not confirm that each User is what he pretends to be. Also, as the Company cannot control the behaviour of Users on website, in case of a dispute with one or more Users, the Company (by its directors and employees) is exonerated from any liability or the payment of any direct or indirect indemnification of any kind, known or unknown, suspected or not, disclosed or not, which occurred in any way related to disputes.

Also, the Users take knowledge and agree that the Company will not be liable for any kind of direct, indirect, accidental or special damages, including without limitation to the loss of profit, impossibility of using the information from Website or other damages (even if the Company was informed beforehand about the possibility that such losses might occur), resulting from: i) use or impossibility of using the services of website; ii) unauthorised access to your data; iii) declarations or actions of any third party in relation to the Services offered on website and iv) any other problem related to the services of this website.
